THESE TERMS OF USE. These terms ("Terms of Use") create a legal agreement between you and Narejo Business Services LLC. The Narejo Business Services LLC websites offer users ("Users" or "Members") access to workshops, podcasts, newsletters, and various content on career, entrepreneurship, marketing, personal branding, parenting, family, self-care, and personal development. The sites, managed by Narejo Business Services LLC, are subject to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. By using our websites you confirm your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree tp these Terms of Use, please refrain from using this or any of our managed sites.
NOTE: CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF USE. THEY INCLUDE AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE AND IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS. THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT REQUIRES THAT YOU RESOLVE CLAIMS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU ARE ALSO WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE CLAIMS RESOLVED IN A COURT BY A JURY.
The content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute therapy services. We may update these terms, and your continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
1. YOUR ACCOUNT. Access to the site is for individuals able to form legal contracts, not barred by applicable laws, and at least 18 years old. 4. USER CONTENT, LIVE EVENTS, AND CONDUCT OF OTHERS. Users must conduct themselves respectfully. Narejo Business Services LLC may investigate and take action against inappropriate content or behavior but does not control all user actions.
5. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN CLUBS AND SUPPORT SESSIONS. Clubs and Support Sessions are for shared learning and support. Participants must follow guidelines, understand the non-therapeutic nature, and assume responsibility for their well-being. Narejo Business Services LLC is not liable for user interactions.
6. YOUR USER CONTENT. Users are responsible for content submitted to the site. You grant Narejo Business Services LLC a license to use and distribute the content. Do not violate copyrights or proprietary rights.
7. SITE USE RESTRICTIONS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Users are granted limited rights to access and use the site. Content is protected, and unauthorized use is prohibited. Narejo Business Services LLC reserves the right to enforce these terms.
8. AVAILABILITY AND STREAMING QUALITY OF AVAILABLE CONTENT. Narejo Business Services LLC updates content regularly, and it has the right to make changes without notice. Streaming quality is not guaranteed.
9. PAID CONTENT AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES. Narejo Business Services LLC offers subscription services with automatic renewals. Users may cancel at any time, but fees are non-refundable. Narejo Business Services LLC may adjust fees with notice.
10. GIFT CARDS. Gift Cards expire after one year and are not refundable. Redemption requires a Narejo Business Services LLC account with automatic renewal terms. Users may cancel subscriptions, but fees are non-refundable. Narejo Business Services LLC reserves the right to adjust subscription plans and fees.
11. TEXT MESSAGING.
(a) By providing your phone number and completing the form related to text messages, you are giving consent to receive marketing text messages from Narejo Business Services LLC at the provided number. This includes SMS and MMS messages sent by an autodialer. Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Narejo Business Services LLC retains the right to adjust the message frequency, increasing or decreasing the total number of sent messages at any time. Additionally, Narejo Business Services LLC reserves the right to modify the telephone number or short code used for sending messages. Narejo Business Services LLC , its service providers, and supported mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Should you require further assistance, text HELP.
(b) To discontinue or opt-out of ongoing text messages, you agree to reply STOP to our telephone number. Once you text STOP to opt-out, you acknowledge and agree that you will receive one additional message confirming the receipt of your opt-out request. In the event that unsubscribe requests lacking the word STOP are not acknowledged, you agree that Narejo Business Services LLC and its service providers bear no liability for such occurrences. If you unsubscribe from one text message program, you may continue to receive messages from Narejo Business Services LLC through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.
12, THIRD-PARTY LINKS; AFFILIATE ADVERTISING. The Site may contain links to websites, tools, and resources operated by entities other than Narejo Business Services LLC . Although we provide these links for your convenience, it's important to note that many of the linked websites are operated by third parties that compensate Narejo Business Services LLC through fees when you make purchases after clicking on a link from our Site. 13. UNSOLICITED INFORMATION. Occasionally, you may send unsolicited information or materials, such as ideas or suggestions related to services, enhancements, technologies, advertising campaigns, or promotions ("Unsolicited Information"). However, Narejo Business Services LLC does not wish to receive confidential or proprietary information from you. Therefore, you agree not to send any User Content that would violate or infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights of third parties, including rights of publicity or privacy. By sending Unsolicited Information to Narejo Business Services LLC , you grant Narejo Business Services LLC , its affiliates, and subsidiaries an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and distribute such Unsolicited Information. Additionally, you agree that Narejo Business Services LLC is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques sent to us for any purpose, without providing attribution or compensation to you. 14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT. Narejo Business Services LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from users. We may, at our discretion, terminate service and/or access to this Site for users found to be infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work is the subject of copyright and/or trademark infringement and appears on our Site, please provide Narejo Business Services LLC ’s designated agent with the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted and/or trademarked work claimed to have been infringed.

Additionally, please be aware that for copyright infringements under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification: If we notify you of the removal or disablement of access to copyright-protected material you provided, and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification in writing to Narejo Business Services LLC ’s designated agent.
Termination of Repeat Infringers: Narejo Business Services LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the account or access of any user of our website and/or service who is the subject of repeated DMCA or other infringement notifications.
15. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE; NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP CREATED. Additionally, some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, and in such cases, Narejo Business Services LLC 's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you are based in the EU, you may have additional legal remedies.
17. INDEMNIFICATION. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Narejo Business Services LLC and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, and agents harmless from any costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs of defense) incurred in relation to or arising from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use, misuse, or abuse of the Site, your User Content, your violation of any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, or your violation of the rights of a third party. You agree to cooperate with Narejo Business Services LLC in defending such claims and not to settle any claim without Narejo Business Services LLC ’s prior written consent.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY BINDING ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER; JURY WAIVER; GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.
This Section dictates that all disputes between you and Narejo Business Services LLC will be resolved by binding arbitration, replacing the right to go to court. In the absence of this arbitration agreement, you may have the right or opportunity to bring claims in court, before a judge or jury, or to participate in or be represented in a case filed in court by others, excluding class actions. Except as otherwise provided, entering into these Terms constitutes a waiver of your right to litigate claims and all opportunity to be heard by a judge or jury. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. The arbitrator must follow these Terms and can award the same damages and relief as a court.
Pre-Arbitration Claim Resolution. Before making a claim, you and Narejo Business Services LLC agree to try to resolve any disputes through good faith discussions. The term "Dispute" refers to any dispute, claim, or controversy related to these Terms, your relationship with Narejo Business Services LLC , or your use of the Site. You or Narejo Business Services LLC may initiate this dispute resolution process by sending written notice describing the dispute and the proposed resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved within ninety (90) days, either party may bring a Dispute in accordance with the remainder of this Section 18.
Jurisdiction. The Site is considered a passive website based solely in Texas, not giving rise to personal jurisdiction over Narejo Business Services LLC in jurisdictions other than Texas. These Terms shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Texas, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. However, any arbitration conducted pursuant to these Terms shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16). The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Houston, Texas, for any actions seeking injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights. You also agree that Houston, Texas is the proper forum for any appeals of an arbitration award or for trial court proceedings if the arbitration provision is found unenforceable.
Arbitration Procedures; Location of Arbitration. For any Dispute not settled pursuant to Section 17(a), you and Narejo Business Services LLC agree to resolve it by binding arbitration conducted by JAMS, under the Optional Expedited Arbitration Procedures then in effect for JAMS, except as provided herein. The arbitration will be conducted in Houston, Texas, unless you and Narejo Business Services LLC agree otherwise. You may sue in a small claims court without first engaging in arbitration, but this does not absolve you of your commitment to engage in the informal dispute resolution process. The arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This Section does not prevent Narejo Business Services LLC from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts.
Class Action Waiver; Jury Waiver. In accordance with applicable law, you agree to assert claims against Narejo Business Services LLC solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any alleged class or representative action. Without the express agreement of Narejo Business Services LLC , no action or court may consolidate claims of more than one person, or preside over any form of a representative, consolidated, or class proceeding against Narejo Business Services LLC. This waiver extends to class arbitration, and unless otherwise agreed by Narejo Business Services LLC , the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding, including class actions, consolidated actions, representative actions, or private attorney general actions. By entering into these Terms, you and Narejo Business Services LLC mutually waive the right to a trial by jury and the participation in any class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. Notwithstanding the above, per Section 23, Section 18(d) will be deemed deleted if found illegal or unenforceable under applicable law.
Severability; Survival. If any clause within this Section (excluding the Class Action Waiver clause above) is deemed illegal or unenforceable, that specific clause will be severed, and the remaining portion of this Section will remain in full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver clause is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the entire Section will be unenforceable, and the Dispute will be resolved by a court. This Section remains effective even after the termination of your service with Narejo Business Services LLC or its affiliates.
19. TERMINATION. You acknowledge that Narejo Business Services LLC , at its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your Site usage and remove any User Content or other data within the Site for various reasons, including a belief that you have violated these Terms of Use, acted inconsistently with their letter or spirit, or if such action is deemed in the best interest of Narejo Business Services LLC Member community or to protect its brand. Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities may be reported to law enforcement authorities. Additionally, Narejo Business Services LLC may discontinue providing any or all Available Content or any other part of the Site, with or without notice. Termination of your access may occur without prior notice, andNarejo Business Services LLC may immediately deactivate or delete your account and associated information and files, barring any further access. In case of termination for reasons other than your breach of these Terms of Use, Narejo Business Services LLC will refund the prorated portion of any subscription fees paid but not yet used, unless otherwise specified. Except for the aforementioned limited circumstances, Narejo Business Services LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site.

Notices to you shall be sent to the most current email address in your account.
21. ASSIGNMENT. These Terms are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you without Narejo Business Services LLC ’s prior written consent but may be assigned or transferred by us to any affiliate or subsidiary, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
22. ADDITIONAL TERMS. The Site is controlled and operated from the United States, and users accessing it from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk, being solely responsible for compliance with all applicable United States and local laws and regulations. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the Terms. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Narejo Business Services LLC . Narejo Business Services LLC 's performance of these Terms is subject to existing laws and legal processes, and compliance with law enforcement requests is not derogated by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Narejo Business Services LLC regarding the Site, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals. Intellectual property rights, disclaimers, representations, indemnities, limitations of liability, and general provisions survive the termination of these Terms.
