Narejo Business Services, LLC (the “Company”) respects the privacy concerns of the users of its Site. Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas: Guests of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., username, e-mail address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. The Company commits to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to non-human resources and human resources data transferred from the EU. The Company is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the United States Federal Trade Commission and other regulatory agencies. In some circumstances, an individual having a dispute with the Company may invoke binding arbitration through the Privacy Shield Panel in accordance with the Privacy Shield Framework guidance published here.
