It forced the truth to the surface:

I had spent years studying how the brain pays attention, how trust forms, and how reputations take shape… and I was not applying any of that science to my own visibility.

Brilliance was carrying me.
Burnout was billing me.

I started building a name.

That shift began with a quarterly magazine I published called HR Toolkit.

One issue landed on the desk of the Editor-in-Chief at DAWN. That sparked Dear Workplace Sanity — a weekly column read by 1M+ people over a decade.

And then things changed.

Leaders started reaching out first.
My reputation began to travel across industries.

I charged more.
Worked less. 
And spoke on industry stages.
